What Dialed Price is
Dialed Price is a price-comparison and information site. We don’t sell, ship, or transfer firearms, ammunition, or anything else. We list prices published by independent retailers and link to their websites. Every purchase is made directly with the retailer, under the retailer’s own terms, policies, and checks.
Firearm purchases and the law
Firearms bought online must be shipped to a federally licensed dealer (FFL), who completes the transfer, including the background check required by law. You’re responsible for knowing and following every federal, state, and local law that applies to you, including age requirements (generally 18 for rifles, shotguns, and their ammunition, and 21 for handguns from a dealer), state and local restrictions on specific firearms, magazines, and ammunition, and any waiting periods or permits. A listing here doesn’t mean a product is legal for you to buy or own. Retailers and dealers may refuse any sale.
Prices, shipping, and accuracy
Prices, stock, shipping costs, and fees change constantly. We check listings several times a day and estimate delivered prices from each store’s published shipping rules and the FFL fee you choose, but we can’t guarantee that any price, stock status, shipping cost, or product detail is current or correct. The price at the retailer’s checkout is the one that counts; confirm it before you buy. Product names, photos, and descriptions come from the retailers.

Use Dialed Price for personal shopping and research. Don’t copy or scrape the site in bulk, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful. Trademarks and product names belong to their owners; using them here doesn’t mean those companies endorse Dialed Price.

The site and everything on it are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Dialed Price isn’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from information on it, or from any purchase you make from a retailer, including pricing errors, stock changes, shipping problems, or a retailer’s or dealer’s actions. Disputes about an order are between you and the retailer.
